Of Mice and Men

As most of us know by now, the medical establishment has a gender bias problem. A great study was published in 2023 that essentially tells the medical establishment to suck it. Here’s the headline from a New York Times article: “Guess Which Sex Behaves More Erratically (at Least in Mice)? A new study finds male mice more unpredictable than females, challenging century-old assumptions used to exclude females from research because of their hormones.” Researchers have historically insisted on using male mice, assuming that female mice were hormonally unstable, which in turn could affect the data. But *spoler alert* co-authors Rebecca Shansky and Dr. Sandeep Robert Datta found the exact opposite to be true.
