Worth a listen.

Inside Information is a no-BS, information-packed podcast. Dr. Streicher has been preaching about menopause health for decades, and educates her listeners with a mix of guest interviews and detailed (but understandable) breakdowns of medical studies.

One of the UK’s leading menopause experts, Dr. Newson’s podcast is like a hug from a friend. She offers a variety of interviews with other leading experts in the field, as well as profiles of many women (most of whom are her patients) to provide real-life examples of the wide-ranging symptoms and life challenges that peri/menopause brings, and how to tackle them.

You are Not Broken, from a badass urologist, addresses the need for information on women’s sexual health, with a focus on peri/menopausal issues.

Black Girl’s Guide to Surviving Menopause offers a special focus on women of color, who can experience more severe symptoms than white women, often starting at an earlier age.
